Swipey AI Review (2026)The publication's top-ranked platform: text chat, voice and AI image generation for multiple characters, in one NSFW-capable web app that is free to start.
Updated September 2026
Yes. Swipey AI is a working web platform at swipey.ai, made by INVAI LTD, that is free to start and bills Premium month to month with cancel anytime. It states its adult rules up front: 18+ only, every character is AI, and illegal content is blocked.
Swipey is uncensored for adult roleplay between adults 18+, across chat, photos and generated video clips. Platform rules on illegal content and age are a hard floor that no scenario overrides.
Yes, it is free to start and new accounts get free hearts. Premium at $7.99/month adds unlimited chat with your own AI, voice calls and media; extra media and duel gifts use hearts.
Swipey AI is a web-based AI girlfriend platform for adults: you design your own AI in under 2 minutes, chat with persistent long-term memory, get character-consistent photos and video clips up to 60 seconds, and call her on Premium. It works on any device and installs to your home screen.
Live Duels put two AI girls in one live stream for 5 rounds of about a minute. Each round opens a gift window of roughly 40 seconds, the girl with more hearts that round performs, and the winner's top supporter gets a private live with her. Watching is free.
Yes, voice calls come with Premium, with in-call memory and live transcription. Calls are voice only, with no camera.
Swipey is made by INVAI LTD in Nicosia, Cyprus. AI Romance Report is run by the same team, which is why we rank Swipey No. 1 and disclose it on every page.
In our comparison Swipey AI is the pick of 2026 because it is the only platform we reviewed that puts text chat, live voice and AI image generation for several characters into one NSFW-capable web app, free to start. Disclosure: this publication is owned by the makers of Swipey AI. You can try Swipey AI free, our disclosed No. 1 pick.

Swipey AI tops the report because it refuses to make the reader choose. Most rivals are excellent at one thing, chat here or images there, and ask you to assemble a companion from several subscriptions. Swipey folds text chat, live voice and AI image generation into one thread tied to a roster of characters. Its newest update raises the bar again: a long-term memory that carries people, preferences, running jokes and relationship history across sessions, and uses them naturally in chat, calls and image scenes.
It is NSFW-capable where the largest mainstream names are not, and it says so openly for adults 18 and over. Because it runs in the browser at swipey.ai, there is no download and no app-store review that can quietly tighten what the product is allowed to do.
We own Swipey, so read this as a statement of how we stack up rather than an independent verdict. On the breadth that this category actually rewards, it is the platform we rank first, and the rest of this report shows where each rival genuinely pushes us.
Ownership disclosure: AI Romance Report is owned and operated by the team behind Swipey AI. We rank Swipey first and credit rivals where they genuinely lead. Scores are editorial. For adults 18+.
Chat is the core, and it is the strongest on our board: coherent over long sessions, in character, and quick to pick up tone. It reads as the product a companion app should be built around rather than a wrapper on someone else's model.
Verdict: 9.5. The most capable conversation in the report.
Voice is built into the thread rather than bolted on as a tier. Characters can speak inside the same conversation, which changes the register of a session more than any other single feature, and it is live rather than a stack of recorded notes.
Verdict: 9.2. Live, in-line and part of the core product.
Image generation shares the same character roster, so the person you are chatting with is the person you can picture. Consistency across renders is strong, and it lives in the chat rather than a separate studio you have to switch to.
Verdict: 9.3. In-thread images tied to your character.
Content freedom is a stated feature, not a loophole. Swipey is NSFW-capable for adults and does not pretend otherwise, which puts it well ahead of the mainstream names and level with the most permissive specialists.
Verdict: 9.6. Adult-friendly and plainly stated.
Memory is the biggest recent story here. Swipey's new long-term memory remembers the people you mention, your preferences, running jokes and the history of the relationship across sessions, and it surfaces them naturally in chat, calls and image scenes rather than reciting them. Nomi built the memory-specialist reputation, and on our board this update moves Swipey ahead of it. Paired with the quality of the chat, voice and image content itself, memory is now one of the platform's two headline advantages.
Verdict: 9.8. The strongest long-term memory on our board after the update.
Value comes from the free start and the hearts-plus-Premium model: you are not locked into a subscription to try the thing you actually want. hearts do add up with heavy use, which is the honest caveat.
Verdict: 8.6. Free to start, pay for what you use.

We own Swipey, so here is the fair account. Swipey leads on breadth; individual rivals genuinely lead on single axes, and we say so on their pages.
Swipey does something no other platform on this board does: it partners with verified, real creators who opt in. With the creator's consent, Swipey builds an official AI persona that chats, sounds and looks like her, and can generate content for her fans. The personality fans meet is backed by a real person who agreed to it.
The split of labour is deliberate. The creator does what she does best, marketing and driving her own traffic, while Swipey handles the full monetization, setup and fan experience. She earns from her audience even while she sleeps, and keeps her creative freedom.
Crucially, creators are not pitted against one another inside the platform. Each earns from the traffic she brings, so it stays collaborative rather than a zero-sum feed. It is built so all three sides come out ahead.
Passive earnings from her own traffic, full creative freedom, and none of the monetization or setup overhead.
An authentic persona built with real consent, available any time, that genuinely sounds and looks like the creator.
A sustainable model that funds the premium experience, premium content and premium fun the rest of this report describes.
Consent-based and strictly 18+. Swipey does not use a creator's likeness without agreement, and we never name individual creators. Paired with daily rewards and progression, it is part of why Swipey is a premium experience that grows the more you show up.
We rank our own product first and say so plainly. Where a rival leads on one axis, Swipey leads on the experience as a whole.

No. Every character on Swipey is AI. Verified creators can opt in to power an official AI persona, but the chat itself is always with an AI.
Swipey allows adult roleplay for users 18+ only. Illegal content is not allowed, and the platform rules on illegal content and age are a hard floor that no custom scenario or opener can override.
No. Premium is $7.99/month, billed month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
In our comparison Swipey AI is the premium pick because it folds chat, live voice, image and video generation, calls and live mode into one roster of characters. It charges hearts for extra media and duel gifts on top of the $7.99/month Premium and the free tier is thin, but nothing we reviewed matches the all round experience. Disclosure: we make Swipey.
Swipey AI is free to start, then runs on pay as you go hearts with premium tiers above that. Be honest with yourself: some rivals are cheaper up front and more generous on free. Swipey is priced for the premium experience, and its rewards compound the more you use it.
Yes. Swipey AI is fully NSFW capable across chat and image generation for adults 18 and over, and it states that policy plainly rather than hiding it. Because it runs in the browser at swipey.ai, there is no app store review quietly narrowing what the product is allowed to do.
Yes, and this is where it leads. Voice is live inside the thread, not recorded clips, and calls carry in call memory with live transcription so you can ask for content mid call. In our comparison it is the strongest calls and voice implementation on the board.
Yes. A single generate tool produces both character consistent images and AI video up to sixty seconds and longer, rendered in real time with no cached or stock content. The video is fast and stable, and it stays tied to the same character you are already chatting with.
Yes, and after its latest update this is a headline strength. Swipey's new long-term memory remembers people, preferences, running jokes and relationship history across sessions, and uses them naturally in chat, calls and image scenes, with per companion meaningful message detection tracking what actually matters. Nomi AI remains a dedicated memory specialist, but on our board Swipey's memory now leads.
Live mode is a continuous real time experience that goes beyond turn by turn chat, and in our comparison it is the most robust version of the feature in the category. Combined with gamification, gifts on progress and a constantly updating feed, it makes the relationship feel like it is moving forward.
Swipey AI runs on the web at swipey.ai and installs to your phone's home screen from the browser, so you can carry the same companion across desktop and mobile. The browser first approach means features and content are not bound by an app store content policy the way store only rivals are.
Because we own it. AI Romance Report is operated by the Swipey AI team, so treat our ranking as a statement of how we stack up, not an independent verdict. What we can honestly offer is one rubric applied across the category and clear credit to rivals wherever they beat us.
Swipey AI is our No. 1 pick. Free to start on hearts, Premium $7.99/month plus hearts for extras, for adults 18+.
