Terms of Service

The rules for reading and using AI Romance Report, written the way we write everything else here: plainly, and with the ownership disclosure kept in view rather than in the footnotes.

1Who can use this site

AI Romance Report covers AI girlfriend and AI companion platforms, several of which are NSFW-capable and intended for adults. The site is for readers who are 18 or older, or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher. If you are younger than that, please close the tab. We do not knowingly direct content to minors, and we do not host explicit media ourselves; we describe and compare platforms that adults choose to use.

2Editorial opinion, not advice

Our rankings, scores, and verdicts are editorial opinion. They reflect how the platforms compare against our published criteria, and reasonable people can disagree with them. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice, and nothing here is a promise that a given platform will suit you, keep your data a particular way, or continue to work as described. Features, content policies, and prices change; we re-check on a quarterly cadence, but the provider's own site is always the authoritative source. Verify anything that matters to you before you rely on it.

3Ownership and the money trail

This is the disclosure that matters, so we state it in full. AI Romance Report is owned and operated by the team behind Swipey AI, one of the platforms we cover, and we rank Swipey first. This is therefore a first-party comparison, not an independent review.

• The "Try Swipey" links throughout the site point to our own product. They carry internal, organic tracking parameters so we can see which pages send readers to Swipey. That tracking is first-party analytics for our own traffic; we do not earn a third-party affiliate commission on those clicks.
• Links to rival platforms (Candy AI, Character.AI, Replika, Nomi and the rest) are ordinary outbound links. We earn nothing from them, and they are marked so search engines treat them as unpaid.
• We do not publish fabricated user counts, invented testing-hour totals, fake testimonials, or review aggregates we did not verify. Where a number is illustrative, we label it as such.

4Acceptable use

You may read, quote, and link to AI Romance Report freely, including short excerpts with attribution. You may not scrape the site to pass it off as your own, republish whole pages without credit, or use the site to break the law. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or misrepresent your relationship to us. The text, layout, illustrations, and mini-icon set on this site are ours; the trademarks and screenshots of other platforms belong to their owners and appear here for commentary and comparison.

5Third-party links and liability

The site links out to platform websites, community spaces such as the Swipey Discord, and sister publications in our network. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. To the fullest extent the law allows, AI Romance Report is provided "as is," and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or of any platform you reach through it. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case the narrowest permitted limitation applies.

6Changes and how to reach us

We revise these terms as the site and the market change, and we update the effective date at the top when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
